Ever wonder what might happen if our presidential campaign process got into the hands of an unscrupulous operator with the necessary skills to dominate the process? We tend to think that it cant happen here, butIn this story, a Madison Avenue account executive who also happens to be an Army Reservist who is called up to serve in the Gulf War, accidentally kicks up the Great Genie in the desert and uses these new powers to get his hands on some Arab oil money to use to mount a campaign to defeat the incumbent U. S. president. However, our hero also happens to be a self-serving, unprincipled individual who, after achieving his primary objective, ends up shooting himself in the foot, proving that there is still some justice in the universe.
