A prominent and catastrophic event showing total lack ofgovernment control could easily incite rebellion. He would provide that event, and another step toward a second Golden Age of Freedom would be complete.

An exceptionally well structured thriller, full of suspense, and believable. Both the climax and resolution are highlysatisfying.
