In the middle of the Midwestern capital, the overlooked town of Podunk is knocked out of hibernation when its newly elected mayor begins manufacturing rope spun from its fields of wild-grown hemp. Mayor Ray needed a job. His life was lacking so he used his resourses and a little creative thinking to create his own hillbilly utopia.
