Adam is almost thirty and his boyfriend just left him for a woman. Now he has moved hours away from his home to start over in a new town. With little training or experience in anything else, he finds himself working at a thrift store and just surviving, until the day he sees Evan for the first time. Evan is a freelance artist with a pink mohawk and a music obsession. He's not the type to be afraid to go for what he wants and suddenly what he wants is a shy, quiet guy that works at the local thrift store. It only takes one date for a romance to begin to bloom between them and Evan feels hope for the first time in a long time. That is, until he is forced to face the ghosts from his own past. Both Adam and Evan must work through their trauma and heartbreak if they're going to find the happily-ever-after with one another that they both crave and deserve.
