Most Christians know the main rule of giving: ten percent, right off the top. Sure wish God knew it, too. Truth is, this often gets you into trouble with him. You wind up living just shy of enough. As a young man fresh out of tech school, I headed out into the world where all the wonderful truths of life were put to the brutal test of reality.
