This book is a mixture of a biography and a selection of blog posts that will take you on a journey of accounts where I have been brave in my life. It is a journey of self discovery, self love and empowerment that will ask you to reflect on your life and start your on your own adventure.




Within these pages are real-life accounts and moments in my life. My trials, my learnings and my special moments.
