Contributor Bio: Williams, John John Williams was born in Cardiff in 1961. He wrote a punk fanzine and played in bands before moving to London and becoming a journalist, writing for everyone from The Face to the Financial Times. His novels include Bloody Valentine, the London-set Faithless, and The Cardiff Trilogy. He now lives in Cardiff with his family. Contributor Bio: Heald, Anthony Anthony Heald, an Audie Award winning narrator, has earned Tony nominations and an Obie Award for his theater work; appeared in television s Law & Order, The X-Files, Miami Vice, and Boston Public; and starred as Dr. Frederick Chilton in the 1991 Oscar-winning film The Silence of the Lambs. He lives in Ashland, Oregon, with his family.
