You can find your order number on the packing slip you received with your order or in your order confirmation.
Refunds can only be made to the buyer via the original payment method. We cannot offer refunds to other recipients. There is no prepayment for the return shipping. The return shipping cost will be deducted from the refunded amount when we process the return package.
