The 3rd live album of **Dream Theater** was recorded at the *Budokan hall* in Japan, in front of an ecstatic crowd. A lot of the material included on *Live At Budokan* comes from the *Six Degrees Of Inner Turbulence* album.

Highlights on the album include "Instrumedley", where all members successfully showcase their prowess on each of the band's instruments. **John Petrucci**'s riffs are groovy and his solos are (as usual) second to none. **James LaBrie**'s voice just keeps on getting better and **John Myung**'s supple bass lines add wonderful layered harmonies to their Prog Metal masterpieces.
