For as long as the residents of Cabrini, Chicago, can remember, they've been terrorized by the ghost story of the supernatural serial killer with a hook as a hand who can be coaxed out when you stand in front of a mirror and repeat his name five times.

A decade after the last Cabrini tower was demolished, artist Anthony McCoy and his girlfriend Brianna Cartwright have moved into a loft in the now hip part of Cabrini. The SoMe generation is completely unaware of the Candyman story, but when Anthony dives into the tale behind the legend, everything changes.
