A terrifying story heard by Rusty, a hair stylist, becomes her worst nightmare. Detective Sal Gambolini, Rusty's boyfriend, answers the call for a shooting in Little Italy in New York City, which causes him to disobey the chief's orders. Leonardo, the son of Sofia, has completely disappeared. Detective Gambolini receives most of his information from his girlfriend who hears it in That Girl Hair Salon. But Rusty cannot help Sal find Leonardo. The detective finds himself wrapped up with the mob families across The United States and Europe, while trying to save Leonardo from the mob vengeance.
