This game is great for short skirmish games over a lunch break, in the evening after work, on vacation, or even just a laid back weekend. This book is split up into two parts. The first half is just the bare bones basic rules for the game. These act as a great starting place for the system and work well for teaching newcomers and kids about miniatures gaming. There is no limit to what miniatures you can use or what genre you can play with the simple rules. The second half of the book presents slightly more advanced rules that are a step up from the basic level rules but still act as a great starting place for the system. Once again, there is no limit to what miniatures you can use or to your creativity in making up new armies or units. There is no specific theme or miniature type that you have to use for these rules. Simply gather up whatever minis you have on hand, some dice, and a friend and you'll be ready to play.
